Via a commitment to a more humane raising of their cattle, each head roams freely on over 12,000 square meters. Grain is supplemented in their diet for over 120 days. Grain feeding produces Marbling or TASTE fat that lies between the muscle fibers, resulting in naturally buttery flavored, great tasting steaks.
